TalentsTech

What the assessment covers

TalentsTech organizes fingerprint-based indicators into a structured report for personality, learning, strengths, career, and family guidance.

Eight sections. Different questions. One connected profile.

Explore how Personality, Brain Profile, Character, Strengths, Learning, Intelligences, Career and the Parenting Guide can support different questions, whether the profile is for your child or yourself.

Personality

Primary, supporting and age-stage personality patterns, giving you more context than a single personality label. Recognise recurring patterns in how you or your child communicate, respond and interact across different situations.

Brain Profile

Ten profile functions presented across mental, thought, kinesthetic, auditory and visual domains. Use the Brain Profile as additional context when exploring how different kinds of information, activities and tasks may be approached.

Character

Innate characteristics, learned patterns and observable behaviour as different layers of the person. Explore what may feel natural, what may have developed through experience and how those patterns currently appear in daily life.

Strengths

Natural capabilities together with areas where those strengths can be given more opportunity and developed further. Identify where to direct effort, which capabilities deserve more opportunity and where focused development may be useful.

Learning

Motive-based and conceptual learning together with six sensory learning pathways. Explore approaches, environments and ways of presenting information that may support engagement more effectively.

Intelligences

Sixteen intelligence areas across five categories, with strengths, development considerations and practical examples. Recognise different forms of capability and identify areas worth giving more opportunity, practice or exploration.

Career

Relevant categories from 30 career domains together with possible roles and directions for further exploration. Use the report to identify career domains worth investigating rather than treating the profile as a prediction of one correct profession.

Parenting Guide

Practical guidance connected to communication, learning activities, strengths and developmental support. Use the Parenting Guide together with other report sections to understand what may help your child engage, communicate and grow.

One Report, Endless Possibilities

Move between focused insights, connect patterns across the profile and revisit the report as new questions arise.
