Why did we start this programme?
The Ambassador Program grew from ten years of support and a shared belief in the value of knowing ourselves. For ten years, TalentsTech has been inspired by the individuals and parents we serve. Listening to your questions and experiences has kept self-understanding at the heart of our work. Along the way, you have supported us, recognised our work and introduced TalentsTech to your friends and family. By passing on the message of knowing ourselves, you have already helped this idea reach more people. We created the Ambassador Program to recognise and appreciate that initiative, and to invite women into an active partnership with us. It is an invitation to meet like-minded women, find companionship in personal growth and explore opportunities to collaborate. Together, we want to bring greater awareness of personality and potential to our communities, create opportunities and share the benefits of our contributions. It begins with understanding ourselves, and continues in how we support one another. Knowing ourselves. Growing together.

This programme is for women who want to understand themselves, connect with others and contribute. You might recognise yourself in one of these groups, but no particular role is required. You do not need a particular occupation, a large audience or a previous TalentsTech purchase.

What can you experience before joining?
Shortlisted applicants are offered a complimentary Personality Discovery Session, so you can experience TalentsTech before deciding about participation. No report is included. No purchase, positive testimonial or public post is required. The session is available only after shortlisting. An application alone does not create session eligibility.

How will referral rewards work?
The intended rewards include cash and service credits for approved ambassadors. Rates, values, qualification rules, and other commercial terms are still being confirmed. Current status: Applications are open. Referral rewards are not yet active.

What should you know before applying?
Approved applicants can decide whether to participate after TalentsTech provides the confirmed programme and reward terms. Applying does not create an ambassador role, session entitlement, or reward eligibility. The complimentary session does not require a purchase, positive testimonial, or public post. Commercial and legal participation terms must be confirmed before paid referrals begin. Application information is used to process and review your application.

Who can apply to the TalentsTech Ambassador Program?
This programme welcomes applications from women, subject to review, approval and the final participation terms. You do not need a particular occupation, a large audience or a prior TalentsTech purchase.
Is this programme only about referrals?
No. Our purpose is also to connect like-minded women, encourage companionship in personal growth and explore collaboration. Introductions and planned referral rewards are part of that wider purpose. Specific activities and opportunities will be communicated when confirmed.
Does applying guarantee that I will become an ambassador?
No. TalentsTech reviews each application. Applying does not guarantee shortlisting or ambassador approval.
What do shortlisted applicants receive?
Shortlisted applicants will be offered a complimentary Personality Discovery Session. No report is included. Session arrangements are confirmed directly by TalentsTech.
What rewards are available to approved ambassadors?
The programme is intended to include cash and service-credit rewards. Rates, values, qualification rules, and other commercial terms will be confirmed before participation begins.
Do I need to buy something or post publicly to receive the session?
No. The complimentary session for shortlisted applicants does not require a purchase, positive testimonial, or public post.
How are referrals tracked and when are rewards paid?
Referral attribution, qualifying events, payout timing and service-credit conditions are still being confirmed. Those details will be provided before paid referrals begin.
When will I hear back about my application?
TalentsTech will contact you by email if you are shortlisted or there is another confirmed next step. A fixed review timeframe has not been set.
Does being an ambassador make me a certified consultant?
No. The ambassador programme brings women together around self-understanding, mutual support and collaboration, including introductions and planned referrals. It does not grant a consultant qualification or authorise assessment interpretation.
